After relocating to Charleston, South Carolina, Hunter continued as a high-performing advisor at Hudson Nissan of North Charleston before being promoted to Service Manager in July 2022. In that role, he helped build a strong service culture, with the store ranking as high as 5th nationally in customer-pay sales among all Nissan dealerships.

President of NTS Consulting, brings more than 30 years of automotive leadership experience to his mission of maximizing dealership profitability while supporting the communities those dealerships serve. Having helped scale Hudson Automotive Group’s fixed operations to over $35 million per month, Jason now works with dealer groups nationwide to implement proven systems that drive sustainable growth, strengthen teams, and create lasting positive impact both inside the dealership walls and throughout local communities.
Hunter Yates
began his automotive career early, moving from college baseball directly into a Nissan dealership near Charlotte. He started as a porter at Gastonia Nissan in 2018 and was promoted to service advisor in 2019, quickly becoming a top-10-ranked advisor in his first year.
